{"id":2716,"date":"2026-09-13T16:49:45","date_gmt":"2026-09-13T16:49:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gapsrl.tech\/?p=2716"},"modified":"2026-09-17T08:05:39","modified_gmt":"2026-09-17T08:05:39","slug":"en-conclusione-del-quantum-master-uniba-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gapsrl.tech\/en\/en-conclusione-del-quantum-master-uniba-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Conclusion of the Quantum Master\u2019s programme at UNIBA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n   The first Level II Master\u2019s degree programme in Quantum Science &amp; Technology (Quantum Master @UNIBA (Italy)) at the University of Bari has come to a successful conclusion.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n   Geophysical Applications Processing srl is proud to continue supporting this pioneering training programme, promoting innovation at the intersection of quantum technologies and Earth observation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n   Our intern, Vincenzo Schiano Di Cola, presented his Master\u2019s thesis entitled \u201cQuantum Fourier Transform for Phase Unwrapping in Multi-Temporal Interferometry\u201d, exploring how quantum computing can contribute to advanced SAR data processing techniques used for monitoring ground deformation with millimetre-level accuracy.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n   His work analysed the potential role of the Quantum Fourier Transform in future multi-temporal interferometry workflows, providing a concrete benchmark in line with the objectives of the Qu4EO (Quantum Computing for Earth Observation) project.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n   We are particularly proud that Vincenzo has completed his studies with honours.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n   Our heartfelt thanks go to Prof. Milena D\u2019Angelo, Prof. Francesco Pepe, Eng.
