Subsidence Maps

Ground displacement can be measured using Differential SAR Interferometry (DInSAR). The SPINUA© algorithm is capable of determining displacement rates of the order of a few millimetres per year. It is therefore possible to monitor ground subsidence associated with underground excavation, oil extraction or water pumping.
